My name is Clare and above everything else I’m a passionate follower and worshipper of Jesus. I’m from a little town called Neath in South Wales, UK. Wales is a land of song – music is in my blood .
I am a wife to Stuart, and mother to two children Talitha and Judah, and stepmother to Mia. I love to make music from my home studio. My heart is to see people encounter Gods' love and presence, and to personally hear Him. To see people worshipping Jesus in Spirit and truth, in freedom and unity; to see God’s presence invading hearts, transforming gatherings and churches, affecting towns and cities, changing nations. When God’s presence is revealed, Heaven’s order is restored to Earth and lives are radically changed. Worship is the key to the Kingdom!
I believe that everyone has a vital and unique sound to bring to corporate worship. It’s my vision to encourage people to step out in worship; to bless the Lord and to bring release to their own lives and others around them. Whether this is vocally, with instruments, dancing, painting, whatever! I think of myself as a worship facilitator rather than a worship leader. I believe God has called me to pioneer congregation-led worship; worship orchestrated by the spirit of God and not led by one person. Worship led by a band, by dancers, by painters, by the congregation. The role of the facilitator is to see where God is moving and to gently encourage the person or people who will release the next song, the next rhythm, the next dance. It is my vision to see this grow into its fullness. For everyone to find their OWN unique sound and to be filled with the boldness of the Holy Spirit to release it. |
I run workshops on worship and prophetic song; they are designed to gently encourage people to worship with a greater level of freedom and boldness, to encounter God in ways they may have never experienced before, with an aim to step out in church meetings as a result. To realise that everyone was created to release their own unique sound and that sound blesses God, the people around them, and themselves. My time working at Ffald-y-Brenin Christian Retreat Centre (as worship leader and booking secretary) really paved the way for what was to come. It was a much needed season to seek the Lord without the distractions of busy life. Psalm 18 v 19 says ‘He brought me into a spacious place, He rescued me because He delighted in me’. After finishing in Ffald-y-Brenin in August 2014 God has opened the doors in America, Northern Ireland, New Zealand, Wales and England.
