Hey guys, just a quick update to let you know that my new album 'Marker' is out now. It's been long and amazing two years of writing and recording at home. And I'm so happy to say the album is finally out yey!

Very excited to let you guys know that I've been working on a whole album over the past year and a half. Its FINALLY in the last stages of mixing and mastering whoop!
The first single to be released is called Hiraeth. 'Hiraeth' is the Welsh word that has no direct English translation; it is a mixture of deep longing, nostalgia and melancholy. This longing that is in everyone can only be fully satisfied by experiencing the love of God! The track will be available to pre-order and pre-save soon. And there will also be a full original video released on YouTube too. The next single will be out in December, and is a spoken work track called Up and Away. More about that soon, |

Since the start of 2021 I've been venturing out into video (never ever thought I'd do this!) and have started releasing some videos on YouTube. It's my heart to produce live songs and worship sets that people can worship to at home. It is far from polished, and only filmed on my phone, but professionalism isn't the goal- it is all about getting people into God's presence and encountering Him.
So I pray as you worship along that you will meet powerfully with God, and not only hear from Him, but to respond to Him too.

A little more about the tracks...
Over the past year in my personal worship time I've found myself increasingly singing scriptures, as opposed to modern popular songs. I've found myself pondering upon what God is saying, gaining new revelation, and then praying and declaring prophetically. It's been amazing to sing from this new places and it has been such a freeing experience! It says in Psalm 96 to 'Sing a new song to the Lord' and in Psalm 22 it says 'God enthrones Himself upon the praises of His people'. The word 'praises' in Psalm 22 is the Hebrew word 'Tehillah' which is a spontaneous song, a song of the Spirit. So there is something really powerful about bringing our heart to the Lord and singing out a fresh new song- He comes and presences Himself with us.
So when my kids (Talitha 3 and Judah 2) have been napping I've been locking myself in my little studio and recording simple piano and vocal spontaneous songs and prayers.
My hope is that people can use these tracks to sing out their song, to gain new revelation straight from God, and to use it as a platform to pray and intercede.

How the Studio Went (29th January 2016)
Well what a day! We were at the studio in Pentyrch about 8.30 with a full day lined up ahead of us - 8 tracks, one day - WHAT A CHALLENGE!
The band (myself, Stuart (my hubby, guitarist and bouzouki player), Rachael Greenway (backing vocals), Mark Yeomans (backing vocals and ukelele player), Martin Jones (drums), Nicky Evans (bass) and Andrew Webber (piano)) together with the intercessors (Brenda Griffiths (mam), Beverly Killa, Sharon & Lloyd George), and the recording engineer (Josh Moon) started the session with prayer and bible readings to set the focus for the day. It took several hours to set everything up- some mics, leads, instruments, headphones were not working, but we got there in the end.
My whole vision for this recording was to create an album people can worship to in their homes and wherever they are. The main focus was to enter into worship and for the recording to summon the presence of God, and that lives would be transformed in the hearing. So I encourage you to worship to this album and not sit down and listen with a critical ear (because I can guarantee you there are plenty of mistakes!).
I haven't been in the studio for years, and to be honest I find them very dry and u-inspiring places! That's why I chose the beautifully converted chapel-to-studio called Acapela Studios. Not only were we worshipping in a place with a deep spiritual legacy, but in a fantastic large space with beautiful reverb. It was quite a challenge (at first) to ignore the fact we were surrounded by mics and lead and to focus on worship, but we soon got into the swing of things. Before every track we prayed and got back into a place of focus and worship.
'Holy is the Lord God Almighty' is a song I have carried with me for a few years now, and for the first year the Lord told me to seal it up as it was not time for it to be released. I believe this song is God-written and I was the one who God chose to release it through, I also believe this song captures the essence and nature of the throne room of God and I know that this song releases the glory of God. So to me, this song was the most important on the album and I was almost expecting there to be obstacles and I wasn't wrong. We got through about 2/3s of the recording when the the computer crashed and Nick's guitar just broke!!!! We had to stop and wait for the technical things to be sorted. It was then so hard to get back to that place of worship! Oh the challenges of recording!
We got there in the end. With sore throats and nerves we managed to record 8 live tracks in a day.
The album is currently being mixed and mastered and will be free to download on the website by the 20th February. CDs will be sold at a small fee to cover the cost of replication and printing. If you would like to donate funds to help cover the cost of recording please click here.
